Azuela Cove Davao: Where the Sea Meets The City

Soon to attract Davao City's ever-growing class of savvy, discerning urbanites is a new destination that promises the comforts and conveniences of city living along with the satisfaction and serenity that only a seaside address provides.

A 25-hectare former wood factory of the Alcantara is set to be transformed into a master planned, mixed-used community called Azuela Cove, this will include low to mid-rise residential towers, commercial lots, offices, an event venue, and a watershed cove with retail components located at Km 7 Lanang.

This is set to become Davao's prime waterside business and residential district encapsulating a life of fluidity and ease within a vibrant locality and buoyant economy in the south of the country.

Estate Presentation of the Masterplan
Presented by Ayala Land Assistant Vice-President and Estate Head, Mr. Rico B. Manuel during the Media Briefing last August 25, 2017 held at Azuela Cove Visitor Center Lanang.

Azuela Cove is the brainchild project of Aviana Development Corporation, a joint-venture company of the Alcantara Group of Companies and Ayala Land Incorporated.

AZUELA is a coined word from the words Azul + Land and works very well with our value proposition, "Davao's prime waterside lifestyle district".

It is also the Spanish word for Adze, which means "a cutting tool that has a thin curved blade and is usually used for shaping wood". Which fits well with the land's history of being a wood factory.
