WITH promising services and facilities, Park Inn by Radisson Davao is now in full-swing and ready to welcome Dabawenyos in February next year.

Geir Sikko, the hotel's general manager, said in Monday’s Kapehan sa SM City Davao that all systems are go for the grand opening of the first NextGen Park Inn in Asia Pacific with a total guest room capacity of 204.

Located at SM Premier complex in Lanang, the hotel's main advantage is its proximity to various destinations, including the Davao City International Airport.

Sikko said for 2013 and 2014, the hotel is eyeing to reach and serve 50-60 percent of the total hotel market in Davao City, adding that the next two years will be very crucial for the hotel.

Sikko said they are confident of the Dabawenyos' response to the hotel along with visiting tourists and investors who are eyeing Dava as their next destination.

He said with superb facilities, from the architectural design to tailored rooms, which will surely meet international hotel standards, the management of Park Inn Davao is confident that the first two years of the hotel's operation in the city will be promising.

"Since it is a new and modern hotel, the interest will be there. We consider the hotel as modern and fresh," he said.

Raddison hotels are scattered all over the world including in Europe.
Davao's Park Inn is a mid-class hotel with a restaurant, four meeting rooms, a fitness gym, and a swimming pool.

Sikko said Park Inn Davao is far better than that in most European cities like in London, Oslo, and Paris, among others.
