According to news reports, Davao City Shangri-la Hotel will have a ground breaking launch this December 2013. It will be the first international luxury hotel accommodation happened here in Davao.
This will take effect after they will open their 211-room Shangri-la Hotel in Qufu, China this coming August 1, 2013.
Shangri-la Hotels are five star hotels located in premier city addresses across Asia Pacific,North America, the Middle East and Europe. Here in the Philippines they have 3 existing hotels:
EDSA SHANGRI-LA,MANILA
MAKATI SHANGRI-LA, MANILA
And soon to open Shangri-la at The Fort, Manila this 2014 in Fort Bonifacio.
Though it is not yet confirmed or deny, hoping for a positive ground breaking report for Shangri-la Davao.
