2016 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Election Registration

As amended by Republic Act No. 9340, pursuant to Section 1 of Republic Act No. 9164, subsequent Synchronized Barangay and Sanguniang Kabataan Elections will be held on October 31, 2016.

We are in 108 days before the said elections, and we are calling those don't have a BIOMETRIC Registration to please register now. COMELEC encourage all the voters to download the needed forms at home or NETSHOP and print the said forms to save time on filling forms at local COMELEC offices.

CEF 1-A is for the NEW REGISTRATION

CEF 1-C is for the REACTIVATION

CEF 1-D Application for Change, Correction of Entries, Inclusion of Records in the Book of Voters, and Reinstatement of Name in the List of Voters.

Must be accomplished in three (3) copies as follows:

1. COPY for the ELECTION OFFICER
2. COPY for the PROVINCIAL FILE
3. COPY for the NATIONAL CENTRAL FILE 

Voters Registration period is from July 15 to 30, at the COMELEC OFFICES. They will accommodate voters registration even on weekends and holidays.

• Qualified to Register for the SK Polls are Filipinos between 15 and 30 years old, and residents of their barangay for at least six months by  October 31, the day of the elections.
• Qualified to register for the barangay polls are Filipinos at least 18 years old, a resident of the country for at least one year and a resident of the barangay for six months before October 31.
