AYALA LAND INC. in Baliok, Toril, Davao City

DAVAO CITY -- An additional P2 billion has been programmed for the Abreeza mixed-use complex here, a joint venture of Ayala Land, Inc. and Anflo Investment and Management Corp., on top of the P6 billion allocated three years ago.

In a press conference last week, Antonio N. Aquino, Ayala Land president, said the P2 billion covers construction of two condominium projects, one launched last year and the other to be launched later this month.

Both companies, he said, believed the developments are well-timed since market response has been good. The condominium towers, dubbed Abreeza Residences and Abreeza Place, are part of the residential component, which also includes a hotel. -- CQF
